Innovation in Ministry
A Woodside partner since 2006, the Newtown Foundation is a church-planting organization that equips leaders across India to share the Gospel. Most staff members are first-generation believers, and the majority come from Hindu and Muslim backgrounds. Through soccer clubs, music classes, and more, the Foundation plants and strengthens churches across northeast India.
Training and Discipleship
Throughout the year, the Newtown Foundation hosts training events and conferences that strengthen the Body of Christ in India. The Foundation also runs ministries serving people with disabilities and women rescued from sex trafficking.
Meet Our Partners
Pastor Andrew (last name withheld for security) directs the Kolkata Christian Fellowship and speaks at other churches and events throughout India. He and his wife have two adult daughters.
